Not just for Bloody Marys! We extract local organic celery then blend with the bitter and floral aromatics of wormwood and touches of calamintha and fresh coriander. A decidedly complex bitters, its savory flavored persistence lends itself to many cocktails, though a few drops in sparkling water is lovely. Add a drop of two to a Martini, or explore with vodka, gin or tequila.
Our bitters are produced almost entirely from local ingredients from New York’s Hudson Valley. Our focus is on extracting the bright clear expressions of the individual elements and we use absolutely no preservatives or artificial flavorings. All of our bitters use a base of New York State organic grain alcohol.
