It's that time of year!  We are gathering indoors for holiday celebrations!

Make andTake home an immune supportive tincture and a packet full of recipes to support your immune response, and relieve discomforts and symptoms.

With NYC based herbalist JoAnne Richards, we will share practical ideas and natural herbal remedies to support your body's innate immune response and prevent and relieve symptoms of common colds and flu.

You will make and take home your own herbal medicine (retail value of $20)!

Bring a notebook and a pen.

Jo Anne is a Carroll Gardens mom, an herbalist and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She studied The Wise Woman Tradition of Herbal Medicine.  Her training included field work, plant ID, medicine making and clinical practice. She also completed the advanced immersion program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Cancellations made with at least 7 days notice qualify for a full refund or may use the credit towards a future class of the same of lesser value, within 6 months

Cancellations made within 1 to 7 days of class may use the credit towards a future class of the same of lesser value, within 6 months

Cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice do not qualify for a refund or class credit
