Herbs to Support a HEALTHY & LOVE FILLED HEART
Learn about Herbs to balance cholesterol and blood pressure, strengthen the heart muscle and blood vessels. We will discuss plants to relieve heart ache, and open the heart to love, while supporting healthy boundaries. As always, we will share a nourishing infusion, and you will make and take home your own herbal medicine!

About Your Teacher:

Jo Anne Kelly Richards is a Certified Herbalist, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and an experienced Formulator of Natural Skin Care. She incorporates The Wise Woman Tradition of Herbal Medicine in all aspects of her teaching, consulting and production. Jo Anne’s herbal medicine training and apprenticeship included, clinical practice, field work, plant identification, and medicine making. Jo Anne also completed the Advanced Immersion program for Holistic Health Counselors at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With several decades of real world experience she is uniquely qualified to offer truly integrated health and wellness consulting services directly to you. Jo Anne has taught and lectured at Brooklyn College, New York Open Center, Remedies Herb Shop, NY Sports Club, The Home Spa, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and various public and private schools in NYC. Cancellations made with less then 24 hours prior notice do not qualify for a refund or class credit
