Great place to jump in!
I had been thinking about taking the Herbs 101 class for a while. I had some general knowledge about herbs from my naturopath and functional medicine doctors, but wanted to start building some more general knowledge of my own. This class felt like the right place to start.

Herbs 101
Fantastic!!! Jo Anne was warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She explained the basics of the main Nourishing, Tonifying and Stimulating & Sedating herbs...their uses, how to use and cautions. At the end, we made our own dandelion infusion. Course was excellent. We would like to do more courses here and even an individual consultation.
