We are so excited to share fresh organic medicinal plants from Sawmill Farm with you again this year!!

Choosing from at least 5 different medicinal plants, and a variety of menstra, including,

vodka, vinegar, and glycerine, you will make

three separate 2 oz tinctures (retail value up to $102) to take home.

Jo Anne will introduce you to healing plants that abundantly grow right at our footsteps! She will share their identifiable characteristics, and many healing benefits. You will have plenty of time to ask questions, and experience the empowerment of making your own plant medicine.

Jo Anne Kelly Richards is a Certified Herbalist and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She practices and teaches The Wise Woman Tradition of Herbal Medicine. Her four years of herbal medicine training and apprenticeship included field work, plant identification, medicine making, and clinical practice. Jo Anne also completed the Advanced Immersion program for Holistic Health Counselors at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Jo Anne has taught and lectured at NY Sports Club, Brooklyn College, The Home Spa, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and P.S. 29 in Brooklyn. As a natural skin care formulator and herbal medicine maker, Jo Anne is registered with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. You can find Jo Anne sharing the healing wisdom of our local wild plants, and the nourishing properties of her natural skin care line, with customers and students, at Remedies Herb Shop, in Brooklyn, NY, where she is currently the lead herbal medicine teacher.

Cancellations made with at least 7 days notice qualify for a full refund or may use the credit towards a future class of the same of lesser value, within 6 months

Cancellations made within 1 to 7 days of class may use the credit towards a future class of the same of lesser value, within 6 months

Cancellations made with less then 24 hours prior notice do not qualify for a refund or class credit
