    I was having anxiety and picnic attacks for a while , I googled natural ways to get relief without medication and lavender came up. This is my second time ordering from remedies. I use 1 table Spoon of herb with 1 cup boiling water. Woooow, I sleep like a baby throughout the night without anxiety and panic attacks. I wake up calm and relaxed with a lot of energy to go through my day.
