Latin Name: Urtica dioica
Nettles are used extensively in the treatment of seasonal allergies, especially hay fever. It is also very high in chlorophyll and is a good source of iron as well as many other vitamins and minerals. 
Also typically applied to eczema, poison ivy, rashes and insect stings.
